  Once you have reviewed the program, please click register to indicate the events, meals and sessions you will be attending.  Please note:

  • Registration fees include sessions and meals. 
  • Prices listed do not include GST. GST will be added at the end of the transaction.
  • Online Payment can be made via credit card.  Alternatively, you may choose to be invoiced.
